WINE
We have the widest selection of wines not available anywhere else in Council Bluffs. We offer wine by the glass, flight (three-1.5 oz. samples), and bottle (carry-out
or opened with a small cork fee.)
FOOD
Our deli service includes hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads and appetizers. We serve only the finest meats, cheeses, breads and toppings. Freshly prepared side salads are offered with each sandwich selection. Cellar Saks are available for carry-out.
SETTING
Locally owned and operated, CELLAR 19 is pleased to offer periodic wine tastings, seasonal celebrations, live music and other unique dining and entertainment opportunities to Council Bluffs.
